Landmark Hotel- Opened July 1967 by the Howard Hughes Corp. When built in 1961 the building that became the Landmark hotel was used as a shopping mall. In 1969 after the purchase by the Hughes corporation a casino was added. This unique and very famous "landmark" closed August 1990. The chip pictured here is from the first issue with only 4 piece known, two are notched manufacturers samples. |
