Circus Circus-opened October 1968. Originally, Circus Circus was exclusively a casino, so patrons would marvel at death-defying feats being performed right over the casino floor! A 400-room hotel was added in 1972. The chip pictured here is from the first issue. The Ringmaster chips remain popular among collectors and are by far the most collectable issue from Circus Circus. Of the five known survivors, only the chip pictured here is undamaged.
